Who I am

This site is operated by Joanne, trading as A Soul Full of Community, a sole-practitioner doula based in Windsor, Berkshire. Contact: asoulfullofcommunity@gmail.com.

What I collect

When you complete the contact form, request a free guide, or join the retreat waitlist, I collect your name, email address, and the message you choose to share. I do not collect special-category health data through this website — those conversations happen privately, after you decide to work with me.

Why I hold it

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, send the resource you requested, or contact you about retreat dates you have opted in to. Lawful basis: your consent and, once we are working together, the performance of a contract between us.

Who I share it with

Your data is never sold. It is held within trusted processors required to run this site and my practice (email, scheduling, secure cloud storage). Each is bound by their own UK/EU data protection obligations.

How long it is kept

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless we begin working together, in which case client records are kept for 7 years in line with UK professional record-keeping standards. You may ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, restrict, port and erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email asoulfullofcommunity@gmail.com and I will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
