Scope

These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you make. Engagement of doula services is confirmed separately through a written client agreement issued before any care begins.

Nature of doula care

Joanne is a non-medical pregnancy and postpartum specialist. Doula support complements, but does not replace, the care of your midwife, GP, obstetrician or other medical professional. No information on this site is medical advice.

Bookings, payment & cancellations

Sessions and packages are confirmed once a deposit is received. Full terms — including cancellation windows, rescheduling, and interest-free payment plans — are set out in your individual client agreement.

Confidentiality

Everything shared in our work together is held in strict confidence. Exceptions are limited to circumstances where the law requires disclosure, or where there is a risk of serious harm to you or a child.

Content & intellectual property

All writing, images and downloads on this site are the intellectual property of A Soul Full of Community. You are welcome to share links freely; please do not reproduce or republish content without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
