What it looks like
Prenatal visits happen in your home in the Ascot area, with a particular focus on how to make your environment a sanctuary — sound, light, scent, who is allowed in, and what happens when contractions begin. I am with you continuously through labour, from your home into Frimley Park or wherever you choose to birth, and through the immediate postpartum hours.

Many Ascot mothers I work with are creating motherhood in a setting that prioritises discretion and elegance. The Postpartum Sanctuary Day was designed with this season in mind — six hours of held care in your home, food prepared, baby tended, you bathed and rested. It is a kind of quiet luxury that hospital discharge does not provide.
